Color Me Mine Houston is excited to announce new ownership under Brandi Dotson, who officially took over the Houston Heights studio on April 1.
Brandi brings with her a heart for both people and creativity. A retired high-risk obstetrics nurse with 25 years of experience, she has dedicated much of her life to caring for others. Now, she’s turning that same compassion and dedication toward creating a welcoming, creative space for the Houston community.
As a proud Christian, mother, and grandmother, Brandi values family, faith, and fun. She loves the outdoors, enjoys making art, and believes in the power of creativity to bring people together. Beyond the studio, she is also an active member of a nonprofit organization, giving back to the community in meaningful ways.
“I fell in love with Color Me Mine years ago when I first visited with my grandchildren.” Brandi shared. It was such a special place to make memories, and I’m honored to continue that tradition for families, friends, and anyone who wants to create something beautiful.”
Under Brandi’s leadership, Color Me Mine Houston Heights will continue offering pottery painting, seasonal events, and group activities, plus even more exciting events and hands-on workshops for the community. To celebrate this new chapter, the studio will be hosting a Re-Grand Opening celebration, complete with raffles, prizes, and fun for all ages.
The studio invites the community to stop by, meet Brandi, and join in the celebration of this fresh start filled with creativity, connection, and community spirit!!
